Position: Casual Funeral Staff

As a New Business in the Fylde Coast, R.Brownless and Grandson are seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team as Casual Funeral Staff. This role offers flexibility on a casual basis to support families during one of life’s most challenging times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the transportation and handling of the deceased, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
• Help prepare venues and facilities for funeral services.
• Provide general support during funeral services, including greeting guests and guiding them as needed.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization within the funeral home.
• Assist with other duties as required by the team on a day-to-day basis.
• Help with the OnCall Rota as and When required

Skills and Experience:

• A caring and empathetic nature with the ability to support grieving families.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential.
• Physically Fit
• A valid driver’s license.
