There are a choice of 12 resin colours so each piece can be unique and indvidually created and can be created in sterling silver, 9k yellow, white or rose gold.
We offer samples in each of our funeral homes and ring size guides to help you choose the piece that best suits and fits you.
This range can also be used for the ashes of our 4 legged friends and we have already helped create items for them.

John Ditchfield and Glasform have been making beautiful art glass for over 40 years, however it was a few years ago when they were approached to create a special memorial for a loved one, a celebration of life. Since then it has been a priviledge to help people pay unique and special tributes to their loved ones, honouring their lives and also memories shared.
Many choose to scatter cremation ashes in favourite places but also wish to keep something of their loved ones with them. Using a small amount of ashes which we encase in glass we can, along with your memories and ideas, create a bespoke memorial to your loved one.
We can take care of everything. we send over the ashes required to Glasform and we order the product you have selected. Delivery is usualy 3-4 weeks.
